The Team
Our greatest asset.

There’s a simple test you can use to determine how good a statutory advertising agency is: take a look at people who’ve decided to work there.

Over the past 6 years Lee & Nightingale statutory advertising has recruited quality team members to help service a bountiful client bank. The people we have hired speak volumes about our ability to target, attract and retain the very best employees.

Management

Jo Ireland - Statutory Advertising Manager

Rachael Jemison

Having graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 2:1 in Business Studies, Jo accepted her first full time role as Change and Problem Manager with the Sema Group PLC. Working on contracts for the Home Office, Prison Service, NCIS and NATS, her successful career with the company spanned five years. In her next role, Jo worked as an Administrator at Liverpool Magistrate's Court, gaining licensing experience that was to prove invaluable when, in May 2001, she joined the legal team at Lee and Nightingale. Now responsible for the whole Legal Department, she has played a crucial role in anticipating and meeting the increased demand for statutory advertising that followed recent changes to the licensing laws.

Nicky Ridgway - Head of Accounts

Nicky Ridgway

Our longest serving member of staff will collect her '15 year's service' award this year. Overseeing all aspects of our Accounts Department Nicky and her dedicated team fully understand the detail required to ensure the smooth running of the Accounts function.

Joining us from one of the big five firms of Accountants via South Africa Nicky brings professionalism and attention to detail that is most suited to statutory advertising, and consequently ensures an impressively high client satisfaction rating.

Account Coordinators

Lindsey Woodward - Senior Account Coordinator

Rachael Jemison

In the six years that Lindsey has been with us she has built up excellent relationships with both the media and her impressive client list of local councils and solicitors. A true expert in the placement of notices for the public sector, Lindsey now specialises in work for Bona Vacantia and as a result regularly coordinates the complex process of placing legal notices in a variety of international publications, from the Ukraine to the US.

Hannah Osbyrne - Account Coordinator

Hannah joined Lee & Nightingale a year ago as the company receptionist; however, her continued interest in the Statutory Advertising arm of the business ensured a quick move into the team. During this relatively short space of time, Hannah has built successful client relationships and is relied upon for her exceptional organisational skills. Enthusiastic and with an unrivalled willingness to learn, Hannah has become a vital member of the team.

Laura Edwards  –  Senior Account Coordinator

Rachael Jemison

Laura joined us six years ago, during which time she has learned every aspect of the statutory advertising process on a career path that has led from Voucher Clerk right up to Account Coordinator. Now relied on to handle the placement of notices for around 60 firms of solicitors, Laura is a highly organised member of the team, whose attention to detail is a real credit to the department.
